Last Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on a case regarding copyright law involving a screen print created by Andy Warhol of a Prince portrait.
In their decision, the Court ruled against the Andy Warhol Foundation, 7-2, finding that Warhol had infringed on Lynn Goldsmith's copyrighted portrait of Prince.
